Well, a hardy and humbling “Happy Birthday to our country.” Some interesting facts I’d like to share here. Our founding Fathers of this country, America, were not the Bible-thumping religious people they are sometimes purported to be. They in fact were if anything religious skeptics, the children of the eighteenth-century Enlightenment that questioned all forms of intellectual dogma, including religion. In fact, the finest thinker and writer among these individuals, was Thomas Jefferson who was a Unitarian and a professed deist. In fact my friend, in the year 1840, Mr. Jefferson began editing the Gospels to extract the essence of Jesus’ teachings. With the reassembled key passages, a little book called, The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth, came into print, although now long out of print. Good news however, Beacon Press recently republished the book as The Jefferson Bible. This edition enhanced by historic commentary, reveals Jefferson’s desire to identify universal spiritual principles. The fact is that the passages that Jefferson selected demonstrated that Jesus’ message of love and service did not require what is called as “artificial props of creed, dogma and liturgy.” So here we have this man who is called Thomas Jefferson who is said to have the Bill for Establishing Religious Freedom, be regarded as one of his most finest achievements passed by Virginia’s General Assembly in 1786, which is a forerunner of the religious freedom clause in the United States Constitution. For Thomas Jefferson, religious freedom meant freedom from religious practices one finds objectionable every bit as much as the capacity to practice religion without interference. In conclusion, his legacy to the tradition of freedom that we so many times take for granted is truly immeasurable. Today, celebrate your own Freedom and Independence to practice, believe and serve your own religion, faith or dogma, whatever it is to you. My dearest sweet friend, have a safe and happy Independence Day and a fabulous fun weekend!

Life is insecure – That means life is free. If there is security, then there will be bondage; if everything is certain, then there will be no freedom.

“If tomorrow is fixed, then there can be security, but you have no freedom. Then you are just like a robot. You have to fulfill certain things that are already predestined. But tomorrow is beautiful, because tomorrow is total freedom. Nobody knows what is going to happen. Whether you will be breathing, whether you will be alive at all, nobody knows. Hence there is beauty, because everything is in a chaos, everything is a challenge, and everything exists as a possibility.

Don’t ask for consolations. If you go on asking, you will remain insecure. Accept insecurity, and insecurity will disappear. This is not a paradox, it is a simple truth – paradoxical, but absolutely true. Up to now you have existed, so why be worried about tomorrow? If you could exist today, if you could exist yesterday, tomorrow will take care of itself too.

Don’t think of the morrow, and move freely. A chaos at ease – that’s how a person should be. When you carry a revolution within you, every moment brings a new world, a new life … every moment becomes a new birth.”

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

It has been an interesting week and some very interesting questions came to my attention from a young relative of mine who I believe is finding that the journey in life holds many questions. Often times those questions about what we believe in, what we wish we could be, what others may think of us and who we are as a person, are quite deep issues. However being young is not the point here in asking these questions basically about life, but we may find ourselves asking these same questions anytime of our life’s journey. It is sometimes difficult to explain to another person the answers they are looking for. You see everyone of us are on our own unique path with our own unique qualities and the stuff that makes us, us. I can only say that whatever your heart desires to know, it will seek out to know and the answers will come in ways that may not be so clear to us at the time. So, it is best to be open and ready to receive the Universe’s responses in the Universe’s own time. You may never know how it can come, a person you meet, a book you are reading or a clip from any source of media. Even as much as a conversation you may over hear. So many ways that Spirit will reveal itself to us. I also believe that in order to receive, one must feel within their own heart what is right for them at the time. Be the master of your own decisions and thoughts, refrain from what others try to impose on you if it does not resonate with your soul at the time. As God/Spirit created us, we are blessed with the freedom of free will. One thing no one can do is take away your thoughts, your beliefs and your desires. Don’t conform to what others may think. They are not you and will not live as you do and experience and feel as you do. You are you and you are part of the Great Mind of God/Spirit. Whole, Unique, Well and Spiritual. Yes, it is good to hear other opinions and listen to other objections, but again what is your heart feeling? If it is not feeling in sync with your inner God self, then bless it, bless them that may be voicing their opinions and be humbled by it and know, in the end you answer to you and God/Spirit alone. These questions we all sometime think about are all just part of the great mysteries of life. But the mysteries are only for those who don’t pay attention to their own inner guidance system, and listen closely. Be patient, be grateful and just be willing to be silent and then the mysteries will slowly open as a book. The answers are already within. Keep on the path you are on for you and know it is okay and right. Others have their own that is right for them. You alone are the master, the traveler and the prophet of your own destination in life. And for my young relative, stay on the path that is yours, others as parents may want to guide you for the natural instinct of protection, but in the end, life, this life is all a great school in which to learn from. It is good and it is grand. My fellow readers, have a wonderful day, stay on the journey that is yours and the path that feels warm with love.

“As I walk and run in this great journey and the path of my own mystery. I stop many times along the way and open up the doors that are calling me in to learn and listen. I know as I step back out of these doors with a humbled heart, and a grateful attitude, I am reminded that I am the Master, the Traveler and the Prophet of my own life. The life that which is in sync with the Great Mind of God/Spirit and I know it is good. I bless all that I have learned and will learn on this life’s mission with thanksgiving. I am open and ready to receive what and when the Universe is ready to reveal. I too know this is God/Spirit in action and it is indeed wonderful. And so it is. Amen.”

This week, I want to express that the promise of Good is for all. I am sure that you have heard that it is God/Spirit’s good will for us to have the kingdom absolutely. But sadly, we apparently must not believe it or we wouldn’t continually pray or treat for abundance. Abundance on all levels. You see, it is when we fully embody the idea that we can and do deserve the abundance we are seeking, whether material goods or consciousness, and we desire it for ourselves and everyone else that we do receive the kingdom. As it is stated by the founder of Science of Mind, Ernest Holmes, “…we should leave the idea free to fulfill itself, without any definite choosing of how where, why, or when. In this way, we pray aright and when we so pray, we pray effectively.” So my friend, one of the things I believe is we really should trust and believe is that when talking about financial means, money is indeed an expression of the Divine Self in circulation. Acceptance and embodiment of the clear desire is the secret of success. I also believe that the more detail that we set forth in our contemplation, the more our ability to accept it and many opportunities will present themselves. Dear one, we must begin today by being thankful, grateful for what we already have, no matter how big or small we think it is. It really is true! It is absolute truth that the good Father/Mother doesn’t know size, but does respond to feeling. Remember this if anything, that the greater the loving feeling, the greater the response. You, yes YOU… have a very good week and a super day!

“Today I am ready, open, and very thankful for a greater expression of abundance in my life now. I desire this for others and myself. I appreciate all that I have and make room for more opportunities to fill my life. With absolute grateful intentions of thanks, I accept an ever-expanding idea of abundance. Ah it is so good, I know it so and I claim it as done. I am blessed and so it is.”

“To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.”
~ Oscar Wilde

A tremendous and consequential achievement is when we appreciate our own company, being content while alone with our very own being, rather than being restless and uneasy. Take a moment and imagine if you spent an entire day all alone without tormenting yourself. Such as walking alone in a forest or hiking a mountain path without anxiety or discomfort and feeling carefree and unhurried. This peacefulness experienced within, this ability to be alone without being lonely, requires the equanimity that comes from truly “knowing thyself.” We are doomed to recurring bouts of disquiet and discomfort without it..

*** ~~~ * ~~~ ***

Life is very simple. Even trees are living it; it must be simple. Why has it become so complicated for us? Because we can theorize about it.

“To be in the thick of life, in the intensity an passion of life, you will have to drop all philosophies of life. Otherwise you will remain clouded in your words.

Have you heard the famous anecdote about a centipede? It was a beautiful sunny morning and the centipede was happy and must have been singing in her heart. She was almost drunk with the morning air. A frog sitting by the side was very puzzled – he must have been a philosopher. He asked, “Wait! You are doing a miracle. A hundred legs! How do you manage? Which leg comes first, which comes second, third – and so on, up to a hundred? Don’t you get puzzled? How do you manage? It looks impossible to me.” The centipede said, “I have never thought about it. Let me brood.” And standing there, she started trembling, and she fell down on the ground. She herself became so puzzled – a hundred legs! How was she going to manage?

Philosophy paralyzes people. Life needs no philosophy, life is enough unto itself. It needs no crutches; it needs no support, no props. It is enough unto itself.”

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

Well, here is another post about the subject Love. I thought about it for awhile and realized that indeed, the word “Love” gets so misunderstood and many of us just say it in our conversations without really taking into account the true meaning of what we are saying in the first place. More so out of just being polite and in good manners. Yet, I believe that one can really never run out of talking or discussing love. You know, we all have gotten message throughout our lives about how and whom to love, being our parents, our neighbors, one another generally, that special someone, children, animals, the world at large and of course God/Spirit. It is however sound advice, yet I believe something tends to be left out. What is it? That is of course the most important thing, loving ourselves first. The many reasons for this are profoundly sensible. You see, we can’t give what we don’t have. Mustering up appreciation of someone else’s value without some sense of our very own is very difficult work and insincere at that. Another is, the world around us constantly changes, people come and go, yet here we are permanently at the center of our experience of it. We are indeed our own guaranteed companion throughout eternity. We may be quite fortunate enough to be surrounded by the same loved ones for years and years, but with ourselves we go the whole distance. So my dear one, it is just practical to love ourselves, and to work out whatever impediments we may have accepted to doing that. Still another reason is found in our deep desire to receive the love others give us. Their love builds on what we already acknowledge inwardly. There is absolutely no one else who can love us enough to make up for what we’re holding back in loving ourselves. Come on my dear friend, really, accomplishing love of self is much easier than it sounds. It truly really means accepting ourselves exactly as we are, admitting the things we’ve done that haven’t helped, celebrating the things that did help and being willing to be responsible for our choices from this very point forward. As such, you have a wonderful week and grand day!

*** ~~~ * ~~~ ***

Too much time in the city, among the traffic, horns, sirens and such, we are then ready for natures healing bliss. Taking a trip to the park, a hike in the forest or mountains, a sojourn on the beach, will no doubt do remarkable wonders to lift our spirits, renewing our energy as well as to give us the strength and clarity of mind to deal with those horns, sirens and traffic in our midst.

Be sure to leave the cell phones, computers, radios and even televisions at home on those very outings, and be sure to pack your appreciation of the beauty, the sounds of nature, the touch of the wind and the warmth of the shining sun.

Whatever you do, just do it as totally as possible. If you enjoy walking, good! If suddenly you realize that you no longer have the urge or desire to move, then sit down immediately; not even a single step should be taken against your will.

“Whatever happens, accept and enjoy it; and don’t force anything. If you feel like talking, talk. If you feel like being silent, be silent – just move with the feeling. Don’t force in any way, not even for a single moment, because once you force anything you are divided in two – and that creates the problem, then your whole life becomes split.

The whole of humanity has become almost schizophrenic, because we have been taught to force things. The part that wants to laugh and the part that doesn’t allow you to laugh become separate, and then you are divided. You create a top dog and an underdog, so there is conflict. The rift that the conflict creates can become bigger and bigger and bigger. So the problem is how to bridge that rift, and how not to create it anymore. In Zen they have a very beautiful saying: Sitting, just sit. Walking, just walk. Above all, don’t wobble.“

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

Until we grasp the truth that every time we think and believe implicitly in that thought, we are using an immutable law that takes that thought as a direction to produce, we shall continue to make mistakes and suffer the consequences. The creative law cannot and will not argue or disobey. My friend, it is so true that God/Spirit’s gifts are absolutely limitless and eternal. If this is difficult for you to understand at this point in time, then maybe, just maybe you are shortchanging your own self. For example, let’s take someone who has abundance in finances, be it a few dollars or even a billion, they have a degree of wealth, a portion of infinite wealth. How about someone that is experiencing ill health, they too are experiencing a small degree of infinite health. I truly think that the problem lies in that we believe that a greater degree of existing good is NOT available. We then must without a doubt instead demand and know it so that a greater degree of whatever good we feel that we need, knowing beyond doubt and fear that it is there. Available and ours to claim right here and right now. You have to understand that the simple act of belief activates the law of cause and effect, and provided the belief is maintained, nothing whatsoever can prevent the result from coming forth. So my dear friend, as we move forward in this day and days ahead, let us know that we alone, no one outside ourselves are absolutely responsible for the riches or poverty in our experience. The sooner we can realize that the good Mother/Father/God/Spirit is not dispensing all the “goodies” to just a favored few, then the sooner we shall receive proof that the Almighty’s love and law are invincible and are indeed given to all alike. Claim it now and know it so. Have a brilliant and wonderful day and week!

To be helpful without being overbearing, loving without being smothering, caring without being hindering, is to understand nurturing. Education requires that you walk beside your charge, not pull him from the front or push him from behind. Both student and teacher should put their best foot forward, and walk together along the road of development. Otherwise, a reciprocal resentment becomes part of the curriculum. The teacher resents having to reprimand or cajole the student, and the student resents being cajoled or reprimanded. It is vital, therefore, that the relationship be founded on trust and mutual respect, and that neither partner assume an attitude of superiority. Such is the way to make the journey along the path of education.

In this month of May, the flowers are blossoming and mother earth is greening. We can appreciate this wonderful miracle more deeply, having awakened out of the still cold barrenness of winter. The Creator, Mother/God expresses with abundance in colors, fragrances, warmth and a dizzying plenitude of a vast amount of forms and species. We get an inkling of the true splendor and fertility of our Cosmic Beloved. In fact, in the Jewish tradition it is God the Mother, or the Shekhinah, that brings all of everything into creation.

*** ~~~ * ~~~ ***

I am not saying that a critical attitude is always harmful. If you are working on a scientific project, it is not harmful; it is the only way to work.

“A critical mind is an absolute necessity if you are working on a scientific project. But the critical mind is an absolute barrier if you are trying to reach your own interiority, your own subjectivity. With the objective world it is perfectly okay. Without it there is not science; with it there is no religiousness. This has to be understood: When one is working objectively one has to be capable of using it, and when one is working subjectively one has to be capable of putting it aside. It should be used as a means. It should not become an idée fixe; you should be able to use it or not, you should be free.

There is not possibility of going into the inner world with a critical mind. Doubt is a barrier, just as trust is a barrier in science. A person of trust will not go very far in science. That’s why in the days when religion was predominant in the world, it remained unscientific. The conflict that arose between the church and science was not accidental; it was very fundamental. It was not really a conflict between science and religion; it was a conflict between two different dimensions of being, the objective and the subjective. Their workings are different.”

“Cosmic Beloved, Queen of Earth and Heaven, your abundance is truly awesome. You awaken us cyclically from our slumber sleep and bring forth every fruit in its season, the fruits of the earth and the fruits of our blessed souls. I absolutely give thanks to you and pray to realize the Divine Feminine within myself, the lifeforce that gives and nourishes all life. It is good and it is so. Amen.”

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

Upon your waking this morning, did you smile? Would you like to move out of the rut that you may be stuck in right now? Yes, you can do it. You absolutely have the power within you to enable you to make new and different decisions. New decisions can bring new conditions. So let me ask you this, what is happiness? I believe that happiness is a feeling. Did you ever really contemplate that? I can hear you say, of course it is. Yet, most people think that happiness is something that comes to them because of something (or someone) else. Simply not so. Someone once said, “after feelings, you change actions; change actions and you change your life.” No words are truer than this. I know there may be some resistance to this idea. I also know it may be difficult to change habit patterns because I have had to do it myself. But, the whole point I am trying to make is, it can be done. If there is enough desire for a new livingness. So today my friend as you read this, ask yourself if you are truly happy or not. If conditions, people or things are what you think happiness is, it may very well be time to look within your own being to see if in fact you are indeed happy. Know that happiness is not a thing of itself, a certain amount of money in the bank, a certain type of home, the latest car of the year, the right mate or relationship in your life. No my sweet friend, happiness is so much deeper. This is all a state of mind in which no matter what is going on “out there,” peace and tranquility reside within each one of you and tend to bring forth absolute peaceful situations into your very lives. So smile and be happy today and the next and the next…! Have a great week.

“The way our attitude works is such that it is often troubled by outside factors, so one side of the issue is to eliminate the existence of trouble around you. The environment, meaning the surrounding situation, is very important factor for establishing a happy frame of mind. However, even more important is the other side of the issue, which is one’s own mental attitude.”

An elderly woman had just returned to her home from an evening of church services when she was startled by an intruder. She caught the man in the act of robbing her home of its valuables and yelled, “Stop! Acts 2:38!” (Repent and be baptized, in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven.) The burglar stopped in his tracks. The woman calmly called the police and explained what she had done. As the officer cuffed the man to take him in, he asked the burglar, “Why did you just stand there? All the old lady did was yell a scripture to you.” “Scripture?” replied the burglar. “She said she had and ax and two 38′s!”

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

We all have heard this word, Change. Especially as of late. I started to think about this word and found myself asking, what does this word really mean? On a spiritual sense, I believe that one meaning is that things happen to each one of us at certain times when we may not be ready and may even be caught off guard. This week, I cannot express the importance of how each of us may react to this thing called, change. I know we can find ourselves getting crazy, angry stressed and even try to find the blame for everything outside of our own being that may not even be the reason for the action of this change in the first place. I absolutely believe we must try to welcome it. Bless it. Knowing that this too is so divinely guided by reasons that may be unknown at the moment of inception of the change. My friend, these are the times where we need to truly let go and go within our own being and ask for guidance for direction and comfort. No matter how intense the changes we may be faced with, they are not as big as God/Spirit. You see, therefore Spirit can and will handle those moments we find ourselves in unexpectedly. I believe if we take the concept of a baby being dropped off at our doorstep and we open the door. Do we get crazy and deny that this baby at our door is there, do we get rid of it and exclaim that it is not true? Or do we instead acknowledge that this baby is in our lives now, do we embrace it and know that it is now a part of us and is ours to nurture and move forward to unknown opportunities and rewards that this little being may bring into our realm? My sweet friend, for me I choose the later. I have had a baby dropped off on my doorstep more than once in my life so to say. However I chose to see those times a blessing in pure disguise and an inspiration, and not as burden in my life. At those moments I did not see the reasons for this change, but I knew I expected and manifested peace, love and harmony. It’s all about how you vision the glass, either half full or half empty. I would encourage you that next time you may find a change in your life, and you will, however large or small, think of what you would do if it were a baby suddenly dropped off at your doorstep. In conclusion, life is indeed so very good. I love and embrace all that is and all that will be. How are you today? How is it that you celebrate and look at life in your own existence? And, how will you handle change next time it knocks at your very door? I love you and have a wonderful, beautiful day. My friend, you are absolutely a beautiful, brilliant and joyful being. As such, have a great week!

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

Good day and Happy Easter. Have you ever thought why Easter came on different days each year? I thought that if Christ the Jesus did rise on March 10, that surely it would have been the anniversary each year. However Easter’s date is really established by astrology according to the vernal equinox. This is the Spring festival of pagan worship of the sun and a renewed season. By the way, the meaning of the word pagan is really those who were considered country folk of old who practiced very old ancient ways connecting all things to nature, peace, love and harmony. I should even say they do the same in today’s practice world wide. The Druids had a sacred symbol, the egg. It is also known that the word Easter comes from the name of a pagan goddess, the goddess of rising light of day and spring. The word Easter is the modern up-to-date form of Eastre, Ostera, Astarte or Ishtar. In fact another name for Astarte is Diana of Euphrates. It is also known that Easter in the King James Bible means Pascha or Passover. You see, Astarte was hatched from a big egg which some believe fell from heaven. The Druids in Europe did use eggs as symbols of goddess of spring. Now for the rabbit, this soft furry little creation of God in action was associated with the moon in ancient Egypt. It is a symbol of fertility with a sexual significance. As for Hot cross buns, raisin cakes with a “T” on them baked for the queen of heaven, Tammuz, (found in Jerimiah 7:18). It is also noted that God talks about sun worshiping in Ezekiel, chapter 8. What is known today and practiced, the sunrise service was indeed a part of an ancient sun worshiping tradition. Baal was called the sun god and still even today. We can even find Shinto priests pray to the sun as they climb the mountain sides of Mt. Fuji. Also, those called Mithrists meet together at early dawn and honor the sun god. It is also noted that at the time of the Old Testament, the Jews got into practicing picking up sticks and feathers to build fires, making cakes of raisin and crying for Tammuz (found in Joshua 23:7 and Ezekial 8:14) So are the practices many participate in heathen? I think not. I say, go ahead participate in traditions. As long as it of good, bringing together fellowship with love, light and harmony. There is nothing wrong with Easter. Let the kids dye eggs and hunt for them. Such joy and such happiness, in which we all need more of. Agreed? Have dinners with invited guests and family, bringing together warmth and love. Ah and eat those hot cross buns and raisin cakes with absolute pleasure. Interesting too that Spring is a renewal and this is also a time to renew our own directions in our life’s path. Be reborn, be risen again. I also believe that this is the symbology of Easter known today. Go forward this week and know that you are indeed reborn and risen anew.

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

Upon awakening this morning, feeding my two cats and pouring myself a cup of coffee and looking out at the wonderful world presented today, I was trying to think what it is I wanted to write about this week. Only one thing came to me to share with you. It is quite simple, “Love one another.” My friend, I have shared with you this topic in different ways, time and time again. It really is very simple. Then why does it always seem to be a topic of most importance? Do we really do it? Do you practice the meaning of Namasté? Ah, I hear some answer these questions, “of course I do.” Yet when there is an incident that drags us into a state of judgment, then we leave our heart and love in a place of darkness and hidden from the divine light. It seems so much more important in this time when the world is hurting, to bring about more love. However you may even be saying, “I am just one person. What can I do?” What you do my friend and what you believe and practice in terms of love and compassion for another being, is in fact another link in the chain that makes what is important, so unbreakable. You, others and even myself are very much indeed as important as the next person that promotes Love. Remember the concept of power in numbers? It is absolutely true. So you see, it is so simple, “Love one another.” Go forth today and make it a part of your life to embrace another soul, different they may be. Today, I start here with you, I embrace you and I love you. Have a fantastic fulfilling week!

To let go into the music, to dance, to spin and turn and sway as the sounds resound in your bones, to feel your feet grow lighthearted as they sweep you along to the rhythm of the music, is time well spent for young or old, philosopher or fool.

Like music and its endless variations, learning is an endless process, one that we should embrace throughout our lives. Nothing is more laudable than to live lyrically, to make our lives a continuous song of experience.

With great respect and love I welcome you with all my heart, Namasté.

I woke up this morning with a question of, what unique role does each of us play? I guess it is sort of in line with does my opinions and voice count? How about the things I do out and about in the world? And, does anyone really take the time to care or notice? Well, I absolutely believe after careful contemplation that each one of us do in fact have a unique role in the quest for inner meaning, a role that no other person can fill. In time, many have gone before to show the way. However, one person’s way to understanding is simply really one person’s way. Although those great teachers and great spiritual thinkers shed light upon the many pathways to truth, in which there are so many pathways as there are people, and much more indeed. With this, a lot of inspiration comes from those who have gone before each of us, while maintaining at all times a strong desire to find that path which is ours alone. Of great help in this quest is our own willingness to remain open to all possibilities, with confidence in our ability to identify, that which is true. My dear sweet friend, even though we may choose this path or that path, know that all the paths do remain valid and appropriate to those who take a choice in them. In light of this understanding, let us take the time to bless all people, all churches, and all spiritual centers where a deeper understanding of life is sought out. So in all of this, our quest for inner meaning is far more important than what others see of us, it’s really not about being recognized, but recognizing our own good. Everything else is icing on the cake so to speak. Go forth, have a wonderful day and nice week!

I don’t know about you, but I’m properly tired of trying to overcome everything. Enough already, and let it come. What will be will be. Enough of this incessant struggling to beat and defeat, to conquer and win. The best we can be is equal to our suffering and not superior to it, because the things in life that truly matter can’t be conquered, only understood. Besides, to the victor of the battle may just go the spoiling of the soul, and in constantly bettering yourself you may just best yourself. Relax, for we seem to be only given that which we can handle.

At this time of the year is a point of balance in the mandala when the hours of light are equal to the hours of darkness. We are called to remember the ever-shifting balance within ourselves, the impermanence of our inner seasons, which, like the outer seasons, are always and forever changing. We are called to accept both our light and our shadow.

“Great Spirit, how magnificent is the cycle of the seasons and the coming of the spring. As I awaken from my winter sleep, let me seek balance in my inner life and outer life. Let me value equally the part of me that is healed and in the light, and the difficult traits in my character that are grist for the mill of growth. As I release this into law, I know it is so. Amen.”
