Namasté and Good day to you!

Hmmm… It really is such a wonderful day.  And yet, in retrospect all these past days in this year has actually been grand!  For myself, I look at everything with an absolute positive flow of energy.  The energy of God/Spirit in all activities and actions.  Even though there can be those moments in which some of us may say, “What?  Are you kidding?  What about this, that, those, them, etc.?”  You see, that’s when we have to learn the spiritual aspect of the things within us.  The forgiveness, the healing of issues and the idea of just turning the other cheek.  I know it all sounds so simple written out, but can be a true challenge for a lot of us.  Just give it some effort and there will be an inner change that takes place that is beyond expression.  As for myself, I truly am so very glad that I can be a part of this magnificent world and life itself, right here and right now.  As we take this day and close out the year, we have this funny knack of resolutions we tend to come up with.  Well, what are your own resolutions, goals?  I can simply say this, just be who you truly are already.  Be honest and humble.  Be compassionate and loving.  Be fearless and brave.  Be equal as the next person.  Be spiritual and illuminating.  Be all that is good and pure.  Be alive and love life.  JUST BE!  My friend, here’s to another glorious and fantastic year.  Know that all and everything you want, desire and need is already yours by divine right of consciousness.  All you have to do is just tell the Universe, God/Spirit that it is yours, claim it and know it is so.  Give thanks now that it is already done.  And mostly, be grateful.  Know this, that 2010 is the beginning of wonders of wonders.  Many changes are already taking place and we can feel it in the air, the energy all around us.  It is only going to expand abundantly.  It is great to be alive and in the flow of this life now, yes I am grateful.  So my dear friends, you are indeed blessed.  You are indeed Spiritual already.  As such, I will keep you all in my highest vibrations of peace, love and joy, they are already sent your way.  I love you and “Happy New Year.”

Just as you must focus the camera in order to take a proper picture, so you must focus your mind to achieve anything of importance.  Without focus, it doesn’t matter which way we turn.  Without an aim, we wander aimlessly.  ~~  To fulfill our aspirations, we need to know what we aspire to do.  Finding and then zeroing in on a purpose is the difficult part.  The first order of business should be to hone in on a goal.  ~~  Once you commit body and soul to an intention, the way to go becomes less vague.  With a clearly defined goal comes the passion needed to see to its fruition.  ~~  Having an absorbing mission creates its own energy.  This is not to say that things will come easy, only that they will come.
